Five Dimensions of Wellness

We believe in total wellness — because being a dental student is about more than just hitting the books! Here’s how we keep things fun and balanced:

Wellness Month Initiatives

Twice a year, UK ASDA celebrates Wellness Month, a time for dental students to press pause and focus on what really matters—your well-being! We shake things up with a variety of events designed to boost your mood, energy, and stress levels. Whether it’s joining a fun fitness challenge, or taking a break to make friendship bracelets, Wellness Month is all about balancing the grind with relaxation and connection. It's the perfect opportunity to recharge, make new friends, and invest in yourself, so you can thrive both in and out of the classroom!
